Permitting & Regulatory Approvals

In support of campus development throughout the University, the Project Delivery Group maintains a single point of contact for securing approvals from Pennsylvania’s Department of General Services, and Department of Environmental Protection; as well as from the City of Philadelphia’s Water Department, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Planning, Historical and Art Commissions.
