Main Campus

Overnight Parking

Parking for $426 per semester is available in:

• the Bell Garage
• the Liacouras Garage
• the Montgomery Garage
• the Temple Towers Lot
• the Tyler Lot

5-Day Commuter Parking

Parking for $266 per semester is available in:

• the Bell Garage
• the Diamond Street Lot
• the Liacouras Garage
• the Montgomery Garage
• the Temple Towers Lot

7-Day Commuter Parking

Parking for $306 per semester is available in:

• the Liacouras Garage

Flex Parking

Parking for $12 per entry is available in:

• the 15th Street Lot
• the Liacouras Garage
• the Montgomery Garage
• the Norris Street Lot

Users may swipe or tap their valid Temple ID’s or Mobile OWLcard at the card reader and the part-time daily rate of $12 per entry will be deducted from the parking account. Funds must be added to your parking account prior to use. Attempting to park without sufficient funds on your parking account will result in the assessment of the hourly or daily rate  depending on the parking facility in which you are parked. Valid 7:00 AM to 10:45 PM, Monday through Friday. No overnight parking is permitted. If you stay beyond 10:45 PM you are subject to hourly or daily rate of the respective area.

All Part-Time parkers must renew their parking semi-annually in July and January. We will notify you prior to expiration and when new flex permits are available. Make sure to stop by one of our office locations or log in to your TU Parking Account to renew your parking online.

Health Sciences Center

Carlisle West Garage Parking

$426 per semester*

Battersby Lot Parking

$266 per semester*

*Dates and duration of semester may be determined by your Professional School and degree standing (first year etc.).

Rotation Students

$110 per month - must purchase at the Carlisle West Garage office

Semester parking for the Health Sciences Center (HSC) and Main Campuses are prorated after the start of each semester.  Refunds will be issued based on the date the handtag is returned to one of our Parking Services Office Locations.

Ambler Campus

Semester Parking

Student parking is available for $95 per academic year or $65 per semester in Lot #3.

Students who purchase parking privileges for Ambler Campus online will have the permit mailed to their home address, or can make other arrangements by calling 215-204-5301.

Temple University Center City (TUCC)

As a service to TUCC students, TUCC has negotiated discount parking rates at nearby locations.  TUCC has no business relationship with these parking companies and does not play any role in making their policies.  The discount rate is only available to students. 

Parking validation is available at the security desk in the ground floor lobby area of TUCC during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday |  3:00 PM to 10:15 PM
Friday | 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Parkway Parking at 1500 Market Street (Centre Square Building)
Entrance is on 16th Street near Ranstead Street.
