Real Estate

The real estate team is responsible for management of the University's non-academic property, including acquisition and disposition of assets, office leasing for academic schools and centers, and commercial real estate leasing.  

Working closely with the Office of University Counsel, Risk Management and Insurance, and others within the Office of the EVP & COO, the team maintains a strong commitment to increasing quality of life for the Temple community and its neighbors.
